Wetlands Geodatabase Regional Transmittal Form

The Database Administrator will only process transmittals made by authorized Fish and Wildlife Service personnel. Regional Wetland Coordinators desiring to delegate data transmittal responsibilities must send an email to the Database Administrator authorizing the Service representative(s) to submit data. No requests will be processed without the letter of authorization.
